Proxy server issues - Help please.

Well on my desktop I am havive this error.

 

The Proxy server is refusing connections

Firefox is configure to use a proxy server that is refusing connection

 

I can connect to the internet using Internet Explorerer with no proxy errors. So it's within firefox.  I don't see a way where I can reset the proxy within firefox.

 

After I reboot, I'll have about 5-10 minutes before I get the proxy error. Any help would be appreciated. I refuse to use Internet Explorer. Also, I updated firefox as well and cleared the cookies and history.

 

Also, under Connection settings for firefox I have Manual proxy configuration checked. I didn't mess with the configuration. Do you think it could be a virus or malware/spyware issue?

    Use either No Proxy or Use System Proxy Settings if you have set up system wide proxy settings. Either one will work if you don't have any proxy settings.
