Can  you fit most of the new gpu and cpu  ,  and   psu on the case?

    Yes its one of the biggest cases out there.

    do you need thermal paste if dont overckocked the pc?

    and also  what about quiet psu  rail  vs corsaic psu witch is best

    corsaic is the recomment always out of the two

    You always need thermal paste. If you are using the stock heatsink it will come with a thermal pad on it though so you won't need to use your own paste. If you are using an aftermarket cooler you should pick up some Arctic MX-2.

    Not quite sure what you are asking about the PSU. But Corsair makes some of the best and you can't really go wrong with them.
