Faction Ships???

How do you get Angel Cartel faction ships? I see people flying Daredevils and Dramiels.

You can buy them, but only from 'Contracts' they dont exist on the market.
However I think CCP are changing that, soon you'll be able to trade Faction ships on the market.
Of course, the way people get these ships is from Loyalty point stores, but they are relativly cheap to buy, just be sure to study the contracts menu if you've never used it before.
By running missions for Angel agents.
