GW already went after Blizz for Warcraft and Starcraft, long ago. Done and settled. Nowadays they would have went after them harder and fought longer, GW is creepy about their IP, almost tot he point of Edge creepy.
GW is like that because of the way copywrite laws are in the UK/Europe. I dont know 100% of the details but the way it was explained to me was that something about the way the UK handles the idea of "fair use" vs the US, in so much as that the UK is a lot more lenient about it, causes them to basically be at a much higher risk that people could profit off their IP.
