    Just because you have over 1,000 post doesn't mean anything.  And Uifz is right,  you're to young to join.  I believe Admin said at least 18 years of age.

    Correct English (when writing news and other jobs)
    Mature Attitude

    Staff members will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

    • 18 years of age
    • Have fluent English skills
    • Have ability to spend at least 10 hours per week at the site

    There are other factors...like any job hiring process.  In the future we are going to post a staff application that people will be able to fill out.  Then all the staff and I will be able to review them and pick who we want to work with image

    Actually, this might suprise you but 70% of our members fall betwen the age of 18-30. 

    Granted, there are likely some false ages given, but I assume most of it is accurate.
