hmmm, I don't think the game has installed correctly as there is barely anything in the directory folder so I'm guessing it needs to download more files and the downloader isn't working for me maybe?

It is most likely a problem on your end...hard to say what may be wrong.
Did the game installed correctly? The folder size should be about 790MB.
Get your VGA drivers up to date and as a blind shot you can try to run the game under newly created windows account.

Anyways looks like your system fits into a pattern we've been experiencing with the ATI 5xxx series cards, however slightly differently. We'll be checking out the problem as soon as we can, as it's quickly rising to be top priority.

The other 3 ports I get but what does this100:59449 mean?

Server ports are 17700 and 18000
Server IP's are 195.228.152.152
That other IP leades me to an ISP "THE GOTHAM BUS COMPANY INC" which is not related to perpetuum. Seems like someone gave out the wrong details?..
