I do not see where you would have a problem with normal cable, though I am not sure what you mean by "normal". If you have the old fashioned, or round, coaxial connection I do not see where you would have a problem.
The Samsung HD2333 comes with several connections, including coaxial.

Ah well ill just stick with my old analogue for TV viewing this monitor is great for gameing and videos I got gothic 4 and it blew me away on ultra settings
