Is the game worth coming back too? And have they addressed any complaints by the people such as decresing peoples armor to buy shards and such.

All the reasons people left over are still there, and are here to stay for more than just a few months to come. The nerfs, the CS item requirement from Level 35 onwards at the very latest (after level 20 you'll seriously start feeling the pain), it's all still there. They just softened the pain a bit by adding a quest where you can get the effect of incense for free for a couple of hours a day, it goes down by level and is zero at level 35. And a quest to get half an hour worth of douoble grinding xp, some free protection against cursed items (10 deaths). So it's a bit better, but not in a way people would come back for in serious numbers.

Waiting for Guild Wars 2, and maybe SWTOR until that time...

    two words for your question:

    HELL NO!!

Both the PR specialist GM_SADIE and the Publisher GM_Chomp both left the company RUNNING from it as fast as they can because they RUINED a great game and LIED to their customers and now the worst tyrant of them all is taking one of those positions Nephy who behind the scenes bans / blocks / changes individuals posts on their forums who don't even break the Terms of Service but state honest facts about the lies and deceit this god aweful company tried to mitigate to their customers.

I'd stay far and clear of the game until a completely different company is publishing it, hopefully one that has some ethics and care of their customer base outside of trying to squeeze them dry of money.

the things they did were border line illegal

Yes try it for yourself.  Judge for yourself.  I personally enjoy the game.

Use to like this game myself and just tried coming back especially since my entire class was redesigned. I was not pleasantly surprised as I had hoped. Sure the interface is nicer, and things in that regard are all upgraded, but all the reasons people left for gameplay are STILL here. I just got in, spent time reconfiguring my Scout, went out to fight a monster, it was one level higher than me and it killed me and had 85% health left, I figured at that point nothing has changed a bit.

I'm about to uninstall this and never look back I think. Astrum Nival designed a good game but GPotato is running it into the ground, I was pleasantly surprised originally, since I usually think Gpotato is a terrible company. Unfortunately they've reassured me that they're a completely pointless company to play anything with as they'll do anything to fuel their greed (incense in this case). I'm not saying they're the only greedy cash shop company but they're one of the worst, I remember Flyff a number of years ago got rolled back like 3 or 4 levels after their screw up and got no compensation for it, they've lost a customer permanently as far as I am concerned. I've blasted Nexon for greed before too but they have it down to an art and a science to where they can usually just gimp you without totally ruining the experience without cash items all the time.

This game is a pay to play and pay to winXD one in two>.<I've played almost all free mmos and payed for them.Allods was very nice game till lvl 12 after that mobs went stronger than you and needed runes and incense(btw i has an warrior and i can't kill a mob..even with my summoner i can kill a mob because it has life drain). And sorry for what i will say " this game is forr noobs who don't realise the creator of this game is wipeng "kids" money. And they wont realise they pay for a free game to enjoy it.Recent i saw a player that payed 4k euros on this game...wtff...man..
Eh not every one have the same game tastes.
Ive quited this game when the first patch apeared>.<and now im looking on Allods Eu forum to se whats going on on that game.
And no i won't come back on that game ever again or any of AstrumNirval games.....
They don't know whats a good mmo or how to resolve game issues to increase population or what's a happy comunity and they don't know how to make ppl hapy for playng this game..they only know how to suck players money...(This is my opinion about this game and some sharp minded players that left this game and realised the game realy suks now because of that producer).

Well, recently they added a quest where you can get a day's worth of incense for free. So after about 20 minutes your incense problem should be over after you reach level 15 or something. Just finishing the rune related quests and get patronage level 2.

There's also a quest where you can get a couple of hours worth of incense and that one is available from patronage level 1 (lvl 6 I think), that should be help getting you to level 15 and well over that. I also quit playing Allods, but with the recent changes I'm taking a look at playing it again. The lore and graphics are really good for a free to play game. You need to know your way around though. If you miss those important quests you're heading straight for the wall.

Whats your IGN and server? You sounds like a pretty cool and nice person. Yeah, there are other people coming back to check on the game now that they've added the quests that give out the cash shop items and sent out free items to players.

One thing I would love to see in the game is kind of what they do for quests once you have them....you can open your map and see where to go, so it would be cool to open your map and see where all the quest giving NPCs are. This would help since there's a lot of stuff to see.
