Personally I think new players are better off when shown how to earn ISK, get ahead, and group with people who share the same goals. That's going to serve them a lot better in the long run than an initial burst of ISK, that soon dries up if they don't know WTF to do. Just my two cents :-)

but if you read it someware and have this start isk, you can make your game run smooter
runing lvl 3 missions in a drake for 15 day player is epic win i guess, it is esasy to understand how to do it, but you need isk to start do it !

yea i totally agree isk given too early is a waste to poeple who havent played, but im not new to eve, ive played before so i know whats going on. ofcourse not everything but ive had hulk/mack pilots in 0.0 but i want a new start hence thats why i wanted isk for giving 30days eve time. i want to be able to buy advanced learning skills asap and get inplants +3 or +4 preferably. then from then on i can get on with my pod life

i calculated that 110 mil isk is just perfect for new players
5x5 mil for advanced learning skills
26 mils for drake
and 2x20 mils for +4 implants @ memory , intelegence.
