APB/RTW Makes another big mistake.

Just a warning to everyone who thinks about buying All Points Bulletin (APB) Do not purchase this game. I am not saying this because it is a bad game, and I have played it for like two months, and since it first came out.
First APB has done the following.
They sold this game to hundreds if not thousands of customers through Steam, and through other download sites, in store without telling people it used Punk Buster, which is an anti cheat program, but is also spyware which can be hacked into, and people can see your computer screen, anything you are doing on it even when the game is not running, as Punk Buster still runs even when the service, or game is not running.
When the game first came out their EULA said nothing about people having to install and play using Punk Buster, or I would have never purchased the game.
Second Mistakes
One of their patches not too long ago Broke the game for hours I could not play it, they screwed up the coding with the phenom processor, and at the same time broke my in game radio, I cannot hear any music, or voice correctly. I have told them on forums, in support Emails, and they have done nothing to correct the issue. I believe this maybe related to phenom cpu.
Then they Enabled Punk Buster the first time which created massive server Lag, caused me to get disconnected repediately, I could not even play APB. This drove many players away.

I login to APB to notice I get kicked with Punk Buster A, and Punk Buster B not allowed to play in the any district because it disconnects me, even when I have their spyware enabled on my computer it creates a mass ammount of lag using their game, and kicks me out of their game. Also I tested again to see if it still was running even when the game was closed, and the answer to that is yes it still runs in the background even while your game is closed, and spys on what your doing Plus the possible risk of having personal info relays to the public for everyone to see, as they have now allowed people to view, and download vidoes of other peoples game play to detect cheaters.
I will say that in the past, I have used Punk Buster is 100% FPS games like Quake Live, Unreal Tournament, and it works 100% Fine still, and even though it works fine, I will no longer allow a game to send any information without my consent, or without me being able to see everything that is being sent out, and spying on me. I just wont use punk buster, if that means I cant play APB, its a loss of money for them, because many people do not trust Punk Buster, and the fact that they lied to people, I should have demanded a refund, and I should file a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission about what they have done, as when they first sold me the game their EULA had nothing about Punk Buster, and installed it without my consent, and everything before I even accepted any agreement which was illegal for them to do to begin with.
I currently Have over 3 months of paid game time, But I will not be playing APB until it no longer requires punk buster, and I think that Steam Games, and all over digital download sites should post that the game requires Punk Buster to be played, so that everyone is warned about such before the purchase. Again gamers should have rights.
(Other Notes)
Many people who earned rewards during the first month never got them. Although a lot of people emailed [email protected], some of us got some, but it took them many months to look into and, and restore them to us. I was lucky because I got mine back, and they were nice to do such, but many other clan mates did not, and it seems most of my clan members no longer play APB who did not get them, as I only have a hand full who told me they have not get their rewards still.
Also The in game radio, and voice is still broken big times. (This could be related to AMD CPU, and hardware.)
APB could have been a really great game, but with Punk Buster, and all of RTW's failures its impossible to play such a game. I really did have a good hope for APB when it first came out, but now it is a piece of shit.
The only anti cheat system I currently trust is Vavle Anti Cheat, and I use it all the time, and the reason is simple. They dont allow third parties to see vidoes, all information collected is 100% Private, and its a reputable company, not a rogue company that scans and collects other peoples info, plus all info is placed neat inside their TOS, and EULA people are warned about such. When a program installs like APB did Punk Buster, people are not warned before they buy, or install, Steam games are, and it doesn't require any third party application installs, or anything.
I used a packet Sniffer to run a check on Punk Buster while my game was closed, and I found out Punk Buster was still sending, and getting data from the server, even when the game was closed. This can be used as a Trojan/Back Door for anyone using this service, and they do not give you an option to close the auto update, or any any functions that the program actually uses Plus it is not even open sourced. Punk buster works by Updating Server files, which it runs scans on your punk buster files to make sure they are in check with the server. If it finds out they have been changed in any way it quits the game, and updates, so there is no point trying to make hacks for it anyways, but this is a big spyware concern, as all games, and the program itself installs itself in C:WindowsSystem, and requires Admin. I dont trust it.
For those who doubt my game play in Question, or anything check the snapshots below.
Also other players seem to be allowed to Make accusations towards other players of the game, Troll, and harassment if they think they are hacking instead of simply reporting them to RTW.

PunkBuster was well known as APB's anti-cheat source well before release, and any even marginally effective anti-cheat software needs to see your computer to detect the third-party programs.
AFAIK you're the only one with that sound problem since 1.31. Haven't seen it reported in ages.
You were PB kicked. Probably because you messed with PunkBuster. Psst, don't disable it. If you're that concerned about identity theft, you should probably never pay with a credit/debit card, use an alias and fake address and never leave the country. Got some news for ya too. Read the APB EULA again, and you'll find PunkBuster has its own section. It's only missable if you didn't actually read the EULA before agreeing to it.
You don't have rights. You sign away your rights when you click the small "I Agree" button. Again, PunkBuster was never hidden and its presence was always well known. You shouldve paid more attention.
Everyone who earned monthly rewards recieved them a few days after the 'fiasco.' That includes those who deleted their emails stupidly. It did not take "many months." APB hasn't even been on the shelves "many months." Exaggerate much?
Again you're the only one I know of with sound problems, and I peruse the tech support forums daily.
Punkbuster was never hidden. You downloaded the game knowing full well that it came with PunkBuster. You should have paid attention, and that packet sniffer is probably what's keeping you from logging in. Again, don't use third party programs or tamper with the anti-cheat software and you'll be fine.
No, people are not allowed to troll, harass or make accusations, but the RTW mods are English and are online at English hours, so the NA forums get trolled at NA hours and arent cleaned til lEnglish hours.
And now the horrendously out of context screens.
Screen #1: Look at the time. 2 AM, and IIRC that was taken on a Sunday, pre-patch 1.41 (which brought plenty of people back to see the massive changes). Gold spam happens in every MMO, get used to it. It isn't going away anytime soon.
Screen #2: See PunkBuster comments above.
Screen #3: The APB Wall of Shame is a community based project dedicated to exposing proven and banned hackers. It's a completely volunteer effort that vettes its evidence carefully before posting it. To date there are under ten characters on the wall.
The other threads are a result of what I mentioned earlier about RTW's mods being English and those threads being up at NA peak times.
Screen #4: Again, the Wall of Shame is there because RTW does not condone naming and shaming on its forums and will not reveal who theyve banned (at least 29 players in the two days since 1.41 went live, likely considerably more since).
Screen #5: Advertisement for [email protected], RTW's OFFICIAL reporting email. Yes, that is how they want us to report hackers. Not on the forums, not through typical support channels, through their official cheat reporting service.
Lastly I'd like to add, Ventrilo often requires Admin to be used in conjunction with games. Do you not trust Ventrilo? Several games require Admi nto run as well. Do you not trust those games?
Honestly, and I really, really tried not to insult you during this post, but you're a victim of your own stupidity and paranoia.
Just had t opoint out his stupidity, so other people don't listen to him and not purchase APB.
APB, for all its flaws, is an experience like no other. Try the game. I guarantee it will be some of the most if not the absolute most fun you will ever have in a game. It'll frustrate you, make you question yourself and everything else, and it'll drive you up the walls but all the while you'll be on the wildest ride on Earth.
Try APB. Buy it. You'll only regret it if you want to.
EDIT: Also I provided plenty of evidence to the contrary of the OP's statements. His post is based solely on his paranoid theories about PB and on his reading of the NA forums which are moderated by Europeans (hence theyre a hell hole at NA peak and are cleaned up at EU peak). His screenshots are taken wildly out of context, and his claims are completely and totally false ("many months" to fix monthlies? Game was released hardly two months ago. Monthlies were fixed in days).
kind of silly to guarantee something like that when so many players (and reviewers) did try the game and found it to be little to no fun at all.
Stop with the negativity.
The game runs fine in the current state. I was just playing all yesturday with no lag at all. You also mentioned no one received there deleted clan rewards from month #1. I can tell you if you emailed support like you were supposed to, than you would have received your rewards because I got mine after emailing support and so did some others I have talked to.
After Patch 1.4.1 the game is like a new one.
The first day they turned on PB again it was laggy, but now I don't have much problems. Sure I get lag sometimes, but that is not APB. It's my poor computer.
RTW is not like Blizzard and have billions of money and people working for them. So ofc they can't help everyone in 1 sec. It's a small company that right now have some major problems with money and whats going to happen in the future.
The game itself is not that bad. Give it some time and even the matchmaking system is not that bad. ^^
MAtch making system dont stand up to the MMO definition. A reason why ABP didint deserve to be presented in that website.
