Best PC setup i have found for around 1000.
I have searched all the custom desktop sites i could find for the best prices. From what i have found ibuypower.com seems to have the best deals around at the best price. This is the rig i intend to buy.

Some pieces are generic where it really doesnt matter like IMO like the CD drive, network card, and sound cards are mostly pointless with a decent motherboard.
I went with the best piece i could get for the best price while keeping it near $1k.
I could have opted for a cheaper power supply and motherboard but I wanted better pieces for those.
Geforce460 is the best bang for your buck right now. Could grab a $150 cheaper vid card if i really wanted to but its worth the upgrade.
Only thing i would upgrade if i had another $100 to throw down would be a better hard drive and maybe 4 more gigs of ram but its really not gonna matter much.
Also this config doesnt include a monitor.
I am aware You could get all these things for a bit cheaper from piecing it together by buying each part from newegg.com BUT keep in mind when purachased from newegg you would have to either assemble the PC yourself or pay someone else to do it and this comes with a warranty. So if you are good at assembling a PC than newegg is probably the best deal, otherwise this is the best deal I have seen on the internet.

This is almost an exact cost of the components you selected pricing off from newegg. Now of course we can get combo deals and bring the price down quite a bit but this is a pretty good deal all in all from ibuypower. One thing i like about ibuypower is that they use mainly namebrand componants unlike some of the other manufacturers...
that looks pretty good actually. I like that they threw in a set of speakers with it.
Ive built some i5's in the past and depending on the parts come in around 1k so I gotta say thats a really good price for a pre-built.
Just had a quick go to see if could match that if i did build it myself from Newegg. I have gone for the higest quality products in the price range, as they DO make a noticable difference.It comes close. I went for the cheaper! 5850 over the GTX 460 as it outperforms it by some margin.No watercooling, but the system itself its a bit overkill for lol.
Summary:
Core i5 760 on Asus Maximum Gene III (One of the best baords there is)
1gb Sapphire 5850, 4gb Ripjaw 1333, Antec 300 case (again best case by far it its price range)
500W OCZ ModXsteam PSU (modular) - no need for more with latest ATI 5x series.
1tb Samsung Spinpoint F3 (Highest rated drive in range)
DVD writer, 2.1 Speakers and Win7.
So the system you linked is not bad if not able to build. I came in at $1054

That's a preet damn decent computer for the price.
That is a pretty great price point.
Only problem i have with it is that the Power supply is probably generic and low quality and the motherboard as well.
I also like the water cooling they throw on the ibuypower rig even though its not all that neccessary its always nice to have.
For $900 though that is the best deal i have seen now.
