Helm vs Helm

in Runescape

Ok can someone compare the stats from Dragith Nurn's mask and a Rune full helmet to help me decide which one I should use?

    If you're a battlemage looking for a bit of armor and weapon skill, use the mask
    If you're a cookie cutter warrior, use the rune helm.

    If you neeed help on a game it is best to try the wiki before you try a forum. Forums are good for discussing the game with actual people but, you mght not have as much info as you would on a wiki. Anyway it shows the stats of items at the grand exchange to help you  make a purchase so you really dont have to leave the game much.
