Worst graphics, tedious gameplay, Tiny community, Abusive staff, Criminal 9$ a month charge for a game most wouldnt play for free. Maybe old people with a computer from 1980 but thats it

The only response to this kind of blatant trolling is to appeal to those of you who wish to view the main thread about this game, view the opinions of other players who have posted there, as well as recent reviews (The game is under a new company now), and then choose if you wish to try the game yourself (There is a free client download and evaluation period).
once again it isnt hype its someones opinion refer to my reply in the main thread and i htink that will help you. also why do you thin k they are staff they are just players of the game and since the new huge update is ocming out htey thought they would like other people to know because its gonna be a great update

Wow all that from a 10 minutes play? You really must be good......NOT!!! From your claims about abusive staff, I know you're lying and that you did not give the game a fair chance. But then I knew from your original post on the subject that you had no intentions of doing so.
Worst graphics compared to what? Nothing to validate your claim there. Tedius gameplay? Name one that's better. I'm betting you can't since you didn't actually play. Criminal $9 a month? This is compared to the $30-50 initial cost to buy some games and then pay up to $18 a month to play.
Welll now since you haven't raised a valid argument against it, I'll continue paying my 'criminal' $9 a month to play a game that you still know absolutely nothing about.
Truth is people that Ashen Empire's staff, be it GMs or Developers are very responsive and helpful. In short; don't believe the troll.
Well, judging from the screenshots (and i know it is not a good judge), that is a 2d game with similar graphic as diablo. so here is the list of better graphic games:
AO, EVE, DaoC, EQ, EQ2, AC, AC2, WoW, SB (never tought to say this), E&B (yes, it is deceased. but..), SWG.... plus all others.
I think UO has better graphics too and that is the only 2d mainstream MMorpg i know of. So, nope, i hardly think you can advertise about the excellent graphics of this game.
18 $ ? oh yes? and which one charges 18? none. max we arrived is 15 for SWG, WoW and EQ2. all with discounts if you buy more than one months.
Do not get me wrong, i have nothing against your game nor you supporting it, but if you fall in this baits, at least do not start sprouting falsity around... really.. good graphics? where? maybe in comparison to others free or semi-free Mmorpgs, maybe. But you can't compete with the big names and i think you know it.... and your devs know it (or the price would be 15$)

Your statement is self-refuting. No game on the market today, especially one that is ptp, could survive if it was as horrific a game as you say. Your inflammatory language immediately identifies you as someone who has not given the game a fair trial, nor a fair review.
The truth is that its a game I've played for 3 years, its graphics are satisfactory, and its staff is very attentive, in game, and supportive.
It's not an 'eye candy' game. Its a game with excellent balance, complex skill tree, elegant playability, and a long-term community which is tight knit.
Quite frankly, your statement is much more 'hype' then most of the other posts about AE on the other threads.
Thank you for that qualifying statement. At least it shows you to be a rational thinker. But please allow me to point out one little fact. Graphics do not make a mmorpg great. All players of Ashen Empires know that it doesn't contain the best graphics on the market and we don't care. It's the content of the game and the community that keeps us playing. I really do hope you decide to give it a try. I think you would be and exemplary addition to either Legends or Heroes community.
As to prices, I stand corrected. Still after shelling out a good chunk of change just to buy the game, $15 a month is too steep. But that's a value judgement on my part. Others find it worth it and more power to them.
I'm not certain if you're talking about AE or another game you played for, Zani. Ashen Empires costs are a 7 day free trial and then 8.95/mo. You're allowed four characters per server (2) per account.
It's money well spent. I own three accounts.
What is up with you guys. Just drop the damn trolling and leave the AE players alone.
NO, putting down AE does not make you look cool, intelligent, nor mature.
Why start a new post to carry on this crap....the last one was pathetic enough, this one is even more pathetic and no im not an AE player before anyone starts calling me a fanboi, i just think this whole situation is getting out of hand and its all over nothing.

The people here obviously are 50 year old men that have nothing better to do then flame good games. No AE doesnt have the best graphics but that doesnt mean its not great, When NES came out and Mario did that have the best graphics? NO. But did everyone love it? YES, so you all need to be quiet with this "WoW and SWG are alot better" Ive played both and none compare to AE. You got to lvl and get into the game before u start to get into it, after that u wont stop playing. So seriously u people that are overly critical and disgusting need to leave because when u rate a game u start out as a noob when its boring and u cant fight pkers or loot people or anything.... so you know what ur opinions shouldnt even matter in this situation..

OH WHOOPDIE DOO! I think they are actually quite glad that someone like you (in other words, someone that doens't play a game for stupid reasons) are not going to play Ashen Empires.

Mabye you should grow the hell up. 60 years old and still playing kids video games?
And at what age are people no longer allowed to play video, computer or online games? It sounds like maybe you should think before you open your mouth., as that was really a very silly think to say. lol lol Like being of an older age really has anything to do with what people are allowed to do for enjoyment.
