APB account email verification failure

in APB: Reloaded

I just made my account and put in my cd key and stuff, when i completed creating my account i need to verificate my email address, they said they will send email to me soon to confirm it, after 2 hours still not received one!! im trying at their account management pressing "resent email" thingy but that url doesnt work omg, i just got the game and i wish i could play it then. Their chatting service is offline too :s. Anyone else had similiar problems or can help me?

    I can not Launch the Game or even get on the APB site for info.   Is the Game working today?   Thanks.
