I have played FFXI for 5 Years before I quit for WoW which I am now bored of I'm Lvl 80 Rogue 6.4k GS and Druid 80 6.2k GS I have raided all content. I'm tired of the guild drama. I first thought I'll go back to FFXI but as time has passed the games age has shown itself. I want a new game with good PvE but has PvP (Aion is out the question I hate that game.) Any suggestions?

Or wait for the new games to come out (Rift, TERA, FFXIV, GW2, SW TOR).

I have been looking at Age of Conan but it has had such mixed reviews. I plan to get FFXIV and Return to WoW during Cata, just for right now I can't take WoW.

Well, Age of Conan costs only $9.99 for the download and the first month. It is worth it to go for the first month and try it out. That is my plan at least .

Im going Allods online for a bit..its one of the most quality free mmos available..not what i want but among bad games its the least bad..

AoC is pretty cool but I hated having to go through Tortage again everytime that I rerolled because I found out later after developing a character that his class was totally gimped. The PVP can be really fun but there is no rush or anything because it does not matter at all if you die and you get nothing for winning. I like being able to customize my character and make him/her look really funny LOL and the fatalities/graphics are cool. The invisible walls and instanced zones along with the class imbalance bother me the most. The ranger is definitely my favorite class! During all of the lower levels, they totally dominate it seems.

I love Guildwars . .. I've gotten so much out of this game for only spending 35$ its crazy. No grind if you dont want it and you can immediate join PVP with the click of a button. Things I like about it the most would be only being able to bring 8 skills/spells into combat so you can create your own unique build with hundreds of spells to chose from, the fact that I do not have to PVE to create the best PVP character, and immediate action without having to wait so it is a good game if you only have 20 minutes to play for example. I cannot play only this game though. It is highly instanced and there is no real rush because again like most games, dying doesnt set you back far really and you dont get anything besides a title from wining. The titles are fun to show off but the grind for them can be insane.

I am also playing Global Agenda. I am having fun with this one but I wish that there was more to it. Most of the PVP involves standing in a circles and nuking a circle faster and better than the opposing team . .. I can only handle a couple matches at a time before it gets old. They have four classes, but unfortunately your most effective options are either healing team-mates, building robots/turrets, or loading up on big AOEs and just spamming them. I was expecting more of actually having to point and shoot since it is a MMOFPS game . .. anybody can shoot but I get more than double the kills from just spamming AOEs because of the way the matches/maps are made. And its always the same maps over and over again . .. they added a couple recently but its the same kind of match that I do not like. Wish they had deathmatches and more stuff like that or capture the flag or something, any other options. I'll play a match or two every once-in-awhile and I am having most fun on my recon.

Darkfall is my favorite game right now by far but I can only put in 10-20 hours a week so I miss out on most of the best stuff in the game. Even with my casual playing and logging in patiently getting one thing done at a time is a lot funner than any other game that I have tried or currently playing right now. I cannot see myself replacing this game with anything else anytime soon because it is one of a kind, gives me a rush almost everytime that I play, and I get a real sense of accomplishment or failure that I just cannot get from other games because they are too easy and do not have a strong enough penalty for losing or no reward for winning PVP. The PVE in this game tops others imo as well because the mobs are intelligent and everything feels so much more real and less mechanic. Best sandbox/PVP game out there right now by far.

I would resub to vanguard on the side if the population on the PVP server wasn't so dead. I had twinks in every tier that took years to build.

Other top choices of mine have become pretty outdated . .. or changed until I eventually lost interest.
