How long for processing?

How long does it usually take Funcom to process an account upgrade activation? Mine has been pending since Saturday!

Anyone have any idea how long it usually takes? They haven't charges my card yet, but still...

    Usually that kind of thing goes through in about 15 minutes, assuming you're not logged in.

    Does the account page say it's still pending, or does it say there was a problem?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I had to get customer service to help me out. I think there was a problem because my account was inactive.

    They did get it sorted out though, so it's all good.
