Incorrect Username or Password

Ok, I just downloaded this last night, and it is telling me that I have an incorrect username or password. I know for a fact that I am using the correct password. I have tried using my email address as well as my account name. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. BTW I am using a Mac, that probably has something to do with it. HAHA

check to have registered in the right server and that you aren't leaving spaces on the end of the username
