returning to AOC, well I was going to but...

I can't, if I try to access my account to change details, make payment to reactivate etc all i see is:
No suitable nodes are available to serve your request.
So me and some buddies that considered coming back after almost 2 years are greeted with this. Its been like it for the last 3-4 hours now.
What sort of fail is that...

server (login) problems perhaps? Wait a few hours or a day and see what happens?
Or get ahold of tech support, hammer the problem out and then move on with this wacky adventure called life.
I also was curious about this game & wanted to try it, but - no response from their site. I hope this is NOT a norm with this company

Customer Service is open 8 am - 4 pm EST Monday thru Friday, whick is quite clearly stated on their website. I sent an e-mail to CS a few weeks ago on a Sunday and got a response around 10 a.m. EST on the next Monday.
