Trouble after Mythics billing disaster...

Hello, i was hit by the massive billing error that happens a few days ago and was charged 30 times my monthly fee.

Now, my bank took my credit card away, my account is closed eventually bcs its not paid and the game time code i bought is invalid and i can not play daoc yet.

My new credit card has still to arrive but some of my friends that have had also issues tell me they can not pay per credit card now as the option has disapeared or is not working right.

So i mailed the support and got the answer i should make an ingame /appeal...yeah!

 

Seems Daoc will loose some players soon...

    I think this happened more than just a few days ago. And are you saying that Mythic didnt refund those 30 charges? (Should really be 29 charges since that last 1 should have been for your regular subscription.)

     

    I think there is some untruths going on here. Alot of your story doesnt quite fit right.

    I got that Mail, still my online banking tells me the money is not refunded and anything is a big pile of shit.

    Mabye it is bcs i am not living in america...i dont know...yet nothing is solved!

    Bye bye DAOC, game is good but support is as bad as GOAs support was and if you do not want the money it goes elsewhere...
