Origin:

Forge agency was formed from the last known remnants of the “Dominus” and “Roughneck” agencies. Forge was abandoned by the leaders of their previous agencies. Instead of quitting we toke our loss and got back on our feet and “forged” an agency with determination, resilience, and teamwork.

What we do:

-We currently operate on the “Overlord” conquest map.(9-11PM EST Mon-Thurs)
-We are devoted to the Conquest portion of the game.
-We are able to field 1-2 strike forces every night. We have yet to miss a night.

How we do it:

Forge is currently lead by Sibby. His commanding officers are Hako, Synthetic Monkey, Korr, and Forsosh. Even though Sibby is our lead commander he will tell you himself “The title is simply transparent.”In Forge we believe in democracy. EVERYONE has a voice, not just the officers. If something is going to happen that will drastically change Forge or even the smallest detail as “what will the public message be?” The officers will make a forum thread post where voting and opinions can be shared. We will also speak about it on Ventrilo several times until everyone has acknowledged what is happening and til everyone has been given a chance to speak on the present subject.

What we don’t take:

-Griefers: A griefer is a player who does things in a game to deliberately cause annoyance ("grief" in the sense of "giving someone grief") for their own enjoyment.
        *If you are going to keep pushing buttons when someone kindly asks you to stop then you DO NOT belong in an agency like ours.
        *If you are going to go in game and do something that prevents other players from reaching their designated goals then you DO NOT belong in our agency.

-Racism: The prejudice that members of one race are intrinsically superior to members of other races.
        *There is no need to call people racial slurs. This is a video game people you have no idea how “superior” you really are to someone else. So if you do, then you do not need to be in our Agency.
        *If you are someone that just hates all races please do not read any further because it’s Baskin Robins in here. We have all different kinds of flavors.(Lol).
        *The only race atm is the Humans and the Common Wealth. You can be mean to them we don’t mind.

(I am sure your reading this now and saying to yourself”This is all good but why the heck did they write it in purple!?” Well Forge is so badass that we can wear complete purple dye sets and have purple hexes and use purple letters and still be amazing!)

What you need to know:
            We only accept members who are level 27+

       All starting members will start off as “Initiates” you will be introduced to the members through in-game chat and Ventrilo and then you will be given a 1 week period where you will be evaluated on how you connect with others, how often you come online, and how you play your class.

     We would prefer all members have a main but if you are still deciding or want higher levels for all 4 classes then that is fine just be able to perform well on all of those classes. Also if you have read all of this and are thinking “Ehh they seem to have their stuff together but are they even good” Well we have a lot of demos recorded by our Treasurer Ninjabonez right over here. In those videos we have fought some of the best people to play Conquest in Global Agenda (Props).

     We also accept “cliques” meaning, if you and a couple of your friends are looking for a good agency we will take you in and get you all evaluated together. If its three of you and one of you scores a 9/10 and the others score 7/10(WE DO NOT DO SCORE THIS IS SIMPLY AN EXAMPLE!!!!) Then we will take your other friends and help them get to the skill level to make all three of you score a 10/10.

     We also understand that Global Agenda is not life and you all have lives. We are sensitive to whatever is going on in your life just please tell us ahead of time and try and be here at least 60% of the conquest times of the week(9-11PM EST Mon-Thrus).

     We take our job seriously people and we are not here to just “mine some ore and keep a couple of hexes” we are here to WIN just like everyone else so if you want to help us on our way to “Forging the Forge” then by all means APPLY HERE!!! We would love to have you!

* 17+
* Working Ventrilo + Mic
* Dedicated to achieving team-oriented goals
* Willingness to accept constructive-criticism and grow as a player
* Be available for Overlord AvA several nights a week
* Be able to handle defeat and learn from losses
* Remain positive in the face of adversity
