Pyro then medic for me. Something about the massive aoe burn is just to cool. For medic I love the feeling of keeping a team up and moving forward with the cart toward teh goal. All the classes are fun though tbh.
I play them all as the team needs them. Hard to have favorite class in TF2. i play the medic the least so i guess rules medic out. Maybe Pyro is my fav.

Spy and Demo man for me. Demo man is always the key to maps like Dustbowl (which is mostly what i play).

Tie for me between the Sniper, Demo and Pyro.
I use them all about the same.
