...I have tried to download it a few times..but I can never get it to launch. I had no problems in beta...but now..nothing. Also..it is fully F2P but I read that they are changing the game around and will relaunch..possibly with a different client. Is this right?..if so...any news what they are changing?

The game is free right now, but there wont be any updates to it at this point. Its a frozen game. They are working on a F2P version of it, which will have a cash shop coming out in the future and current registered players will have a spot in the beta for that one.
As to your launch problems, got no idea, sorry.
If you stand VERY still, and close your eyes, after a minute you can actually FEEL the universe revolving around PvP.
if you have problems to launch the game...there are some threads in the official forum with solutions for this problem

trying to play the game. Don't see why no ones playing I mean, It's definetely one of the better free titles despite it's problems? which i don't really even know what they are, everything seems to work fine. Maybe balance sucked idk. ppl should play free games. hell switch off from a pay mmo save a little a monay.
the class balancing is good...there are only a few imbalanced skills..
i hope it become more famous soon

hmmm so there are still ppl playing this ??? and how many give me a rough estimate 100? 1000? more?? im osrry i like games that are popular and im fed up with paying for mmos that i get bored of in about 3 months just look at my sig to know what i mean EvE is exculded from that it's fun but expensive at $20 a month 14.99 GBP

I'd say 1000s, but if you were to ask "how many players at one time are in a given area of the game?", I've seen about 20-30 but spanning the space of 4 different zones; from the Hawksmouth Docks to the area of Quarterstone. Luckly this game is completely free 2 play. It is in the process of being revamped to have a marketplace where you can buy items with cash. That is the plan Acclaim has laid out for the game.
