But this goes for any game as well. Just be mindful who you join. Do a bit of research, look at the posts that the other members have made, etc.

Get a feel for them and what they are looking for.

Yes but this is not the same things, playing with real life friends is a much different and way better experiences to my opinion, because for me a game is an adventure and i prefer to experience it with real friend who i know and not some virtual friend who i dont even know there real name or the sex etc... This is just not the same things.

I mean when i log off, in-game friend no longer exist but real-life friend are still there and we still share friendship and life. Anyway that the way i saw it.

just burn out....  you know the game, you've done it all before.. going through the motions.

It's why i'm surprised MMOs don't offer you lets say the cap is level 60, to create 1 alt at level 30.... otherwise this occurs. Sure you get excited but it doesn't last.

Best thing is to subscribe too 2 MMO's (cheaper than a console game) and play between them.. having a f2p one as a back up (or something like Guild Wars, DDO, WAR [first tier is free now]).

Another way is playing single player games too, changing your music often and not playing as much. A break away from games don't often work because you spend as much time doing nothing as you would in a game....

Wouldn't worry about it, just flick... at the moment i have WoW and Fallen Earth... but i can't even log into WoW at the moment so i'm switching that to AoC (queue all the "wtf's") but i figured a change would be worth it.

I may go back to LotRO at one point, the fact i can subscribe and resubscribe when ever i want is the most enjoyable thing about MMORPGs... and to be honest you don't miss anything. Take your time.

That's what happens now when Turbine raped Lone Lands and made it cake easy and soloable. To me, leveling 10-20 was THE best part of the game. Lone Lands was difficult as hell, half the quest required grouping so there was a lot of social bondings. It forced me to get good with my Captain. To a new player, Lone Lands was literally the first major adventure after getting out of starter areas like Bree/Shire etc.

    Now its just lame.

Proof that no matter what devs do players are never happy. Someone is bound to complain. Before players complained that they can't find teams on lower levels so Turbine made the level progession easier and now players complain its lame because they have to solo... heheh.

However, i am glad that they made it easier because grouping should be saved for end game and not for the lower levels. It can be really discouraging and can be the cause for new players to leave in frustration. Don't blame devs for failure of community to encourage team/group play.

The reason you're feeling like this is quite simple. You're done with the game. Exactly the same hapened to me with WoW. About six months ago i quitted after almost 5 very active years. 10 days ago i created my Battlenet account and reactivated my subscription with the intention to stay in WoW untill SW TOR comes. It's not going to hapen for i could not find any interest in anything. Raids, bg's, arenas, crafting, nothing appealed to me any more. I realized that i am done with WoW for good.

OP, what is the longest you've played a mmo? After checking your profile I noticed your age is 15, not trying to come across as a jerk but that might have something to do with it, I know when I was 15 I had a difficult time sticking with any mmo's I picked up. I'm not saying every teen has a lack of patience to see things through in these types of games, but it's common, and appears to be your issue from your past experiences in various mmo's.
