Captain's Buffs

in Lord of the Rings Online


Can any captain out there tell me which buffs the captain has which can be used on non-fellowed players please? I know the three tactics work - are there any others?


Does a banner affect all those in its area, or only the fellowship?

     the 3 Tactic are the only buffs we get for non-felloship players... the banners, motivating speech (hp buff), IDOME only buff your fellowship and in a 12-man raid only your 6 people get those buffs wish we could buff everyone without being swapped back and forth between groups but we cant as of right now
