There are only 2 available statuses, Recommended and Full. Recommended ranges from very low pop to very high, whereas full means that the server is full, aka has queues.
Well, personally I play on Gorgos EU which is a well populated server, though it's not the most populated one. All servers are well populated except for the one added a few days after launch.
v1.9 should be coming out in a couple of months during the first half of this year.
I'm playing on NA/Oc. server Azphel and all I have to say is that they should change the status thing to read Recommended, Low, High, and Full. I'm curious as to what you call populated, 1k players at peak hours isn't what I call populated and all of the NA/Oc. servers have about 1k~1.5k server pop at peak which is very sad.
