Thinking of giving it another go....Should I?

Im thinking of giving this game another chance. I want to hear from the current playerbase, not from people who dislike the game. I havent been keeping track of this game.

Has the bot situation and global gold spam gotten better?

Has the grind been toned down?

Are you able to fly more places or times?

Is the pvp still decent?

You can add more as these some of my basic concerns about the game.

(BBBBBBBBBWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH dances with Eylos bar maid!)

 

All my opinions are just that..opinions. If you like my opinions..coolness.If you dont like my opinion....I really dont care.

    I came back a few days ago to try it out and started a new character which is level 21 right now. Gold spam is gone, I think I seen 1 gold spammer in the past 2 weeks. Grind is still the same but next patch things are going to get a little better. Flying is still the same as it was, and pvp is still the same aside that elyos own bad on my server. The game is the same since I left the first month it came out.

    Everything is the same gameplay-wise

    Bots and Goldspammers have been taken care of, i can't recall the last time i've seen one.

    Yea as the others have said, nothing MUCH has changed, apart from fixing the fort crashes and getting rid of bots/gold spammers.

    I'd suggest resubbing after 1.9 hits live servers in the West, which should be next month. After that there's yet another (and bigger) patch coming 2months after 1.9 (2.0). One of the reasons to subscribe after 1.9 or a few days before is to be aware of most of the changes the game is going to undertake.

    Dont mind what this guy says, just check his post history. Hes just scrolling all Aion mentioning posts and bashing the game, LOL

    Probably a wow kid like usual. (and I do play wow)
