any add-on or tip to set these,theres is no baseline tool like in warhammer.so my game always look OFF!since i know this games look is awsome when properlly set i was hoping any had a baseline tool to recommend so i can properlly set eq2

Just set it the way you like it or to where it looks its best and then save the settings , This way if you reload the game and it doesnt look the same you can just load it..
About a certain way to set them i dont know of any , each computer or monitor is different i run mine on the default in that part of the settings.. Looks fine for me.
i ended up doing the same since touching it might make it worst!
