WoW is no true pvp game you can pvp in that game with your eyes shut and no sound on autopilot lol and after fight lost nothing risk nothing lol.
So OP your epeen failed hehe.
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009..... In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.
EBM is my favorite genre of music, especially if you are fighting something, of course if I am doing something more laid back I will use Skinny Puppy or Thrill Kill Kult, but these are some of my fighting things songs.

I'm sure theres people who play music while they are fighting even in Dark Fall.
I used to do it in UO all the time. Don't wanna hear boring game sound all the time with vast nothing ness. EQ 1 had some great songs added when they released Planes of Power.

First of all, you can have music in the background and still PvP fine in any game as long as you have the sound on your computer up, FPS or MMO. Secondly the question wasn't how good you PvP, just what music you prefer while playing.
If I have music when I pvp I have something fast in the background. Rob Zombie, Nine inch nails, Rhapsody, Limbonic arts or something else. Usually don't I have anything however, I mostly have music for PvE and even there not for the hardest stuff.

Is anyone playing DF? I heard the game was pretty much dead.
I never did the country. But I did listen to some instrumental music, such as Gladiator Sound Track. And I won't lie, if I had it I would of absolutely listened to some Donkey Kong Country 2 "Diddy Kong's Quest" songs!
Artists like Tupac and Biggie have transcended their musical sub genres.
Similar to how Elvis, The Beatles and Johnny Cash have also transcended genres.
You could be into rock, rap, pop, country or any other the hundreds of sub genres and those artist can still be in your collection and not pigeon hole you into a genre.

There are times when one must ask themselves is it my passion that truly frightens you? Or your own?
