NCsoft Q4 2009 financial report released today :)

All in all it appears NCsoft has once again blown their numbers away in virtually every category. These numbers are just incredible folks.



Highlights of the statement:

Net income (After all taxes and expenses taken out) were is up 52% from Q3 and up 1,099% from Q4 of 2008 (Page 4).

Overall sales from 2008 to 2009 were up by 623% (Page 5).

Sales breakdown by region is as follows: (Page 6)

Costs (Taxes and Expenses) were about even from Q3 2009 to Q4 2009 (Page 8) so in other words all the increase in the numbers is almost all pure profit.

Page 9 is a projection of what they expect to occur in 2010. They are projecting a 31% increase is sales of Aion in 2010 over 2009.

Page 10 is referring to NCsoft parent company. Net income (After all taxes and expenses) was up 65% in Q4 2009 over Q3 2009 and up 764% 2009 over 2008.

Page 11. Net income (Parent company again) up 568% in 2009 over 2008.

Net income parent for 2009 was 182,506 million KRW ($157,605,409.518 USD)



*** On a personal note, this means NCsoft has more than enough money and can afford to go out and hire some @#$%^! GMs...

    No suprise Aion leading the pack for NCsoft but that will all change once Guild Wars 2 gets here.  Maybe in Korea it will get a 31% sales increase but definitely not in NA/EU regions.

    No wonder about Aion, because this new game really on of the top rated... it's like Atlantica Online in the graphics, I must try this game once i'm done with AO which is very fun game to play...

    Wait, where's Zorndorf?  



    He should be on this thread before anyone else, bashing NCsoft, saying this financial report is a fraud.

     

    Zorndorf always seems to in some way find unreliable random numbers for his reasonings against NCsoft...

     

    Not to mention he firmly believes the server capacity from 10 years ago is still the standard for every MMO on the market.
