lol its normal that they hire gees.they got gw1,aion and now gw2 to get out next year so of caurse they need personnel it doesnt move release date lol it just means they are ready to do the big bulk of the work instead of just pre-planning doing begin makette.now the hard coding is whats needed the grunt of the work what take longest.
