Looks fake to me. I wouldn't trust it.
It's a scam, lots of these emails have been going out to all ppl with playNC accounts.
It's a scam, just because they have ncsoft in their web addres does not make it from ncsoft.com

Sounds like a fishing e-mail to me. You could always check with NCsoft CS, they'd probably like to know if it is a fraudulent site so they can warn other users.

Never been on an ncsoft site that had that link.
As for your account you could of tried going in the real ncsoft site and login to see if it's real or not.
Well this is definately a (rather pathetic) scam attempt.
Firefox reports it as a known web forgery site.
So far the protection in Firefox seems to do better than most antivirus webfilters and a hell of a lot better than Internet Explorers "Smart Screen Filter".
Giving Firefox a try might be an idea :-)
