Logged on my account but it logged me onto another account?

in Aion

Twice in the last month  I logged onto the game and somehow found myself on someone else account.  Being an honest person, I logged off and relogged on.

Well today, my account just kicked me off and I went to make something to eat... and now all my information/password has changed.

1) I'm an electrical engineer with computer option so I KNOW IF I HAVE A KEYLOGGER.  I can program in C, C+, Java, Intel assembly, etc etc etc etc.

2) I am not an AION hater, in fact if you look up my previous posts, I defended lividly for this game.

3) The support for hacked account is terrible, my initial petition gets a response asap... but when i tell them  my situatin, they say that they'll send me to a specialist, only to never hear from them again.

So yea... even if I do get my account back, I wont be playing because I just can't bear with the fear of getting my char far into the game only to have it stolen again.

Sorry to all the Aion haters that I belittled.  And if anyone cares, my char name was Orangejuice on the server that starts with an A.  I can't think of it right off the bat and I don't care to.

Farewell Aion and it's poorly designed security system.  It doesn't even ask you for the old password when you want to change password, it doesn't even ask you to click a "confirm email" when you change email.  In fact, it doesn't ask you shit when you change any information.  GFG

    yep welcome to the club .when it doesnt happen it look like its all aion haters but when the fact are straight or like you it happens to your self

    people begins to understand how it truly is.sorry for your lost

    biggest plague right now is scammer etc for mmo

    and after that,soe and all the other wonder why most gamer will only pay for game in ebgame store or various other chain like walmart

    the fact is there are so many trying to steal account or credit card number net wont be safe for a long while .

    maybe in 10 years.

    Yeah i wasn't too fond of how when you cancel sub they don't have the survey asking why.

    I mean I never fill those out, at least not after my first time quitting EQ2 and they wanted a freaking novel about why I chose to leave their game. but at least most games care why you quit. NCSoft was just like, well your gone, at least we got the box cost out of you.

    the subject i was speaking about doesnt apply to ncsoft if you had read my tread you would have seen

    ncsoft aion is avail everywhere in store

    soe eq1 or 2 plus time card arent avail in store (avail online only,meanning leaving you open to scammer,id stealer ertc etc etc)

    were 2 diff topic linked by same problem

    the word being online scammer and all the other

     FYI, I've actually heard of Aion having issues with this before. IE: You login, and end up essentially logging into someone elses account with access to their characters etc etc. It's rare and sporadic, but there is some kind of major glitch in their account system. 

    Bans a perma, but so are sigs in necro posts.

    Yah I dunno about you but I was in best buy a few days ago and they had Eq2 box's there. Also he was saying how he logged into the game and landed in some 1 else account. I know that I never heard of that happing in EQ 1 or 2.



    And when I lost items in both got them back the same day to.

     

     

    My point is that NCsoft sucks a lot worst then SOE.

    If you keep getting ripped off in this game go out in real life and get a real tranny...they look just like the characters in this game! btw....i play this game...I have an addiction....

    Don't have your AION in game password the same as your Master account password.

    soe is just not sending timecard and eq1 and eq2 (newest content lol)

    aion problem is way worst .

    i waited on hold for an hour an 20 mins for them just to hang up on me an i own all there games this stinks
