Guild Wars Costume Prize, help please.

Hi, I have just found out that I've won the guild wars costume contest listed on the main page. When I click the link to reclaim and fill out the needed information, a message pops up that says "You did not win this contest - sorry!" while obviously 2 mails were went to me (one via email/one mmorpg mail) that clearly stated that I won.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue? Thanks.
