North Downs Revamp?

Has there been any word on this? I'm playing a Warden alt right now and due to the Breeland/Lone Lands revamps, I've completely outlevelled the first half of North Downs. Then again, I think it's always kind of been this way. The levelling paths branched off and you went with either LL or ND.

Orion wrote in his blog that the ND revamp is getting delayed because he will work on revamping the entire Voulme 1 epic quests so every quest will scale to group size!
