When do I start to get quests to hunt more than animals? I am almost level 17 and every single area it seems most quests are to kill animals, and the same animals exist in each area. Birds/bats, wolves, bears, boars, and spiders. When does the actual "Lord of the Rings" kinda stuff begin? I am currently questing in The Old Forest and that general area.

It has been awhile since I last played...but I believe those quests are marked in gold, the ones you want.
Have you been doing the campaign quests?
Also at your level you should have a lot of quests for the Barrows and that area is full of undead.
You'll never get away from "animal" quests in lotro but you should have had different stuff by now.
