Highest I've seen was a B-Grade dagger drop. Although we havnt killed Antharas or anything yet (only the smaller bosses), so it's hard to say for sure. Thing is, it's not like A/S equipment would be practical anyways (at least not untill later chronicles) as you can't get A/S grade masteries yet. Of course you could USE the items, but the penalties would be harsh.
