I have had 2 tickets submitted via their website and have only had one response in what is almost a 48hr period now. Do they not work at all on weekends or is the service just this bad?
Well, I advise you to just wait for their response.. most of the time they need more time to investigate your inquiry specially if it was related to your account... I experienced also sending a ticket regarding to my account and It took 3 days for them to resolve it... just be patient..
Maybe they just need more time to look at it. cuz I also send tickets but mostly bot and goldseller reports. within an hour or so I get a reply. maybe your issue just takes time. just be patient ^^.
I did get one response but now it is going on the 4th day since and no news about what they are doing, or how to handle the situation . I truly am trying to be patient but there does come a limit to that. Hopefully by time I get home from work tmrw, if not I will post the ticket link and let people see what I mean.
Have you tried making a follow-up. try sending another tix. that would get them going. ^^
The problem seems to be resolved, apparently they don't do too many, if any tickets on weekends, or maybe it depends what GM gets the ticket. Things should be all good now .

Good news then if it was already taken care off.. maybe they just do many things during weekends, they do have invasions, gm battles, and giveaways to do... Patience is the key. lol ^^
