Many talented EVE-Online players/Corps have made Videos/movies with actual footage from the game that can be found here
Be warned they can be rather large files to DL and may include/exclude content that is/is not actual gamplay but most are very well done and will at the very least give some insight to the Universe the fun and events of EVE-Online that a still screenshot cannot capture.
Also the actual ingame graphic quality has of course had to be lowered for these videos to keep the file size at a reasonable level.

One of my favorites is "The second Minmatar rebellion begins here..." It is a recruitment video, but it is still a sweet video.
