Most Likely. Currently there are 4-7 different poly counts to each model in order to offer a wide range of different viewabilities. They already announced you should meet the min setting, well with 500mb ramm; and that they are still trying to reduce them.

-The system requirements for the first beta are (at the moment): 1. 1.5 to 1.8+ GHz processor 2. 512+ MB RAM 3. Higher-end video card (GeForce or Radeon)
I don't think you'll make it. Almost barely the min requirements. It will probably run but will probably run like crap.
Sorry man
I was getting close myself, but I managed to upgrade and now all I'm lacking is a decent video card.

You should try to sell it to a museum or a collector of old relics. - Then you'd probably get more than enough to buy a new computer.
Seriously, I can't imagine you playing any modern game on a computer with those specs, and expect a decent performance and quality in your gaming experience. You seriously need to get a better system. There has to be good systems of up to around 2GHz on the used market these days. You should buy one of those to save money if you can't afford a new one from the store.
