Anyone know a place where we can buy this online ? I want to come back but all i see is the Shadow Odyssey being offered eveywhere for twice that price 39,99$.

Did you try SoE shop or D2D (download2drive.com)?
You can order it from Gamestop or Amazon but I haven't seen a digital release of it.
Valve has it via the Steam Client.
