LFG) Cant remember title of this Old Arcade Game [(Something) TV] Top down shooter

This was a top down shooter game, with mutiplayer.
the team would go from room to room, shooting at the enemy npc.
The game displayed itself as a TV show in a way with a broadcaster and all.
I think it was called Real TV, or something like that.
Anybody know what this game was, and if it is on the PS3 network, or Wii Network?

You can get it on Xbox Live. I doubt you can on Wii Virtual Console. Not sure about PSN either.

Now that I know the name, I wana see if its on those Arcade things on the Wii and PS3. I never tried the PS3/Wii Arcadebefore, so dont know how it works yet. But that was a fun game
