SWG loading screen stuck :S

in Star Wars Galaxies

 Hi,

 

so i just downloaded the trial of  Star Wars Galaxies, but when i  try to log in, the loading screen goes stuck at "generatin terrain" ?   i have  dualcore processor with radeon HD3870x2,.   any help would be appreciated :)

    I'm going to ask an obvious question, but have you updated your video drivers?

    A dev stated in this post that it could be a firewall issue.

    EDIT:

     thanks, i'll look into it. i've scoured the net for hours for a solution, nothing worked thusfar >.<
