Issue 16 has entered into open beta testing, according to an announcement made on the official City of Heroes website. All players need to do to get involved is simply login to the Training Room (test server) and, well, that's it!

For players who are unfamiliar with how to do just that, the folks at Paragon Studios have provided a helpful guide to get you all setup.

The official announcement can be found here.

Brawl no longer costs any endurance to use, which can be nice (especially for Brutes).

Super Sidekick is to person not Mission so yes you can SSK everyone to that lvl 50 and blow though the Midnighter off of the lvl 10.

Also Buff effect have color stacking:

Forexample my team had 2 necro/thermals

my thermal shield was a more orange/red, the other was black. When we both buffed somone you saw both effects rolling off each other not "dark orange"

so no mixing bubbles ont create a "poo bubble" more of a rainbow effect

Not much point. Everyone would just set it to max.
