Picture is too fuzzy to confirm the fact of "ninja pirates" or "pirate ninjas". We are likely just seeing what we want to see in a picture as unclear as this one.
I also propose there to be a likeliness that the fuzzy parts of the picture were edited to be so to hide a bad a bad photoshop job.
I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.
