Yes, thats right!!! Syfy Channel is making an MMO and its for the PS3.

Now we get to fight giant sharks, snakes and spiders online. Hopefully they keep them looking like horrible CG to retain the B movie feel.

Oh, and it has to have Lorenzo Lamas.

    Well they certainly know their demographic. Its a good match. However, if they make a game that's as cheesy as some of their shows...it will flop...hard

    You mean as cheesy as Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus?

    It can be cheesy and still a good game you know. Too many MMOs make the mistake of taking themslves and their material too seriously.

    If they can make a good game and play off the fact that their movies are schlocky crap then it will do fine.
