Roger Federer wins his 15th Grand Slam title

He beat Andy Roddick in a classic Wimbeldon final, 16-14 in the fifth set.  I was actually rooting for Roddick, but I congratulate Federer, who is a great guy, on becoming the greatest tennis player in history.  Again, I have to admit he is the greatest even though Bjorn Borg has always been my favorite and one of the greatest of all-time.

It was funny when Federer said "I know it hurts losing in the final, I lost the final last year against Nadal". And Roddick said "Yea but you've already won like 5 Wimbledons before!!" lol.

We're all Geniuses. Most of us just don't know it.

Well Nadal is 5 years younger than Federer. I'm sure that he [can] beat Federer's record in the long run.

Hopefully Nadal's injury will have passed by the time the US Open rolls around.

*edit typo - can beat his record.... not can't beat

also according to Nadal news he will be playing in the Montreal games so he must be doing better. (I don't know what the montreal games are)

It was an epic match. I think if Roddick had served 1st in the 5th he would have won it. Honestly, one break and he loses the match?!. Tough one, but they both played extraordinary. Has to be salt in the wound that he lost from unforced errors instead of Fed winners.
