AnarchyPatcher.exe..... What the hell

Im getting seriously pissed off right now. Everytime I open my AO client I get this "Downloading AnarchyPatcher.exe" It closes after downloading. I open the client up. And it downloads it again.... and again, and again, and again, over and over. Does anyone know how to fix this? I run XP SP2

Someone from FC should really be making a collection of all anarchypatcher.exe related problems on the official forums, this has been going on for years now ...
