RogueLike MMORPG

I am looking for a MMO thats is like a roguelike or is a roguelike. For those of you who don't know what a roguelike is read this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roguelike. I would prefer that the game be fully graphical.

    Maybe you would enjoy warrior epic, you manage a room with many warriors who go throw dungeons, when one dies you can rez him, improve a weapon with his spirit or keep him as a powerfull skill.

    As you have many warriors you don´t focus just on one.

     Warrios is a game where the impact of a bad server can be very big.  You can't start a game, or the game break before it ends.  There are something like perma-death.  

    GOA is managing the EU side, and my experience is not positive.
