Trial not working. Can anyone help me out

Hey i just downloaded the trial from the website. It redirected me to fileplanet and it downloaded all correctly, but i never got a key or anything and cannot register. Anyone know how i can get this trial working?

I just started a trial, the main site emailed me the key instantly. You may have to sign on from a different computer/network and have them send another to a different email. I think they record IP address to keep users from getting multiple keys sent to free email addresses. because I got myself and my girlfriend trial keys and it wouldnt let me do the second one from the same computer.
