Thinking about playing

in Star Wars Galaxies

Never played this but I have some disks from a friend of mine that quit a long time ago. So, I am wondering how long it would take to download all the updates and everything for the game at around 60kbs.

    I would imagine you have the original box set there, still quite a lot to download.

    If your internet connection is 60 kbps (0.06 Mbps) then it may take some time.  I've not had to use a connection that slow for about ten years so I'm afraid I couldn't share any recent personal experiences of using it.

    Thanks for the replay, I got it all downloaded (took about 16 hours). But, now I am just waiting for the servers to be up.
